Coming from Autobahn A66 take the exit “Wiesbaden Stadtmitte”, follow the signs “Hauptbahnhof/1. Ring”. When you are on 1. Ring you will pass the Hauptbahnhof on your left side. Approx. 1 km after passing the Hauptbahnhof turn right into Rheinstrasse. You will find Hotel Alexander on the right hand side. OR: follow the blue dot of the Wiesbaden hotel directory system.
